Job Summary: The Body Shop Helper at Sheridan Auto Body in Elsmere, Delaware is responsible for assisting in the cleanliness and organization of our auto body shop. This is a full-time, salaried position in the Auto industry where you will work as an individual contributor alongside a team of skilled technicians and laborers. Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain technician bays
• Transporting vehicles to and from
• Organizing parking lot
• Removing Parts and trash from inside and outside of shop
• Keep track of inventory and submit orders for supplies and materials
• Assist technicians with repairs, including disassembly and assembly of vehicle parts
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations
• Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a body shop or automotive repair industry preferred
• Knowledge of basic automotive repairs and tools
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods of time, and work in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
