Part-Time Opportunity to Supplement Your Income!

This role is ideal for individuals looking to supplement their income with approximately 4-15 hours per week. Your home will serve as your office, but you'll also have the opportunity to travel around Houston and surrounding areas for marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain professional relationships with real estate agents and their clients.
Attend and represent the company at Open House events (weekends, either Saturday or Sunday, for about 3 hours).
Participate in marketing activities, which may include happy hours or evening events.
Communicate consistently with the Client Relations Manager, including reporting on Open House visits and sharing photos for social media and notes for the CRM.
Assist with networking efforts and organizing details for industry events, office visits, and other company initiatives.
Schedule and participate in breakfast introductions with brokerages, either remotely or in person.
Occasionally engage with remote platforms as needed.
Job Requirements:

Friendly and approachable demeanor—someone who enjoys meeting new people.
Professional appearance and attire (company-branded shirt will be provided).
A high level of integrity, work ethic, and reliability. Punctuality is key.
Ability to work independently without supervision.
Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance.
Availability for weekend Open House visits and occasional evening events.
Previous experience in marketing or real estate is a plus, but not required.
Additional Information:

This is a part-time position, initially requiring minimal hours with the potential for growth.
Mileage reimbursement is provided at the current IRS standard rate of $0.67 per mile (2024).
