Our client is a powerful digital acceleration and business transformation platform that helps companies supercharge innovation and optimize their operations. We are seeking a creative, experienced, proven sales leader to join our team as Chief Revenue Officer.

As a senior management team member, this individual will own the company’s go-to-market strategy and play a vital role in setting corporate strategy. This role will drive messaging to the market and oversee all Sales and Marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team across all territories, with a major focus on the US and EU.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue generation strategies.
  • Create and deliver propositions to the Direct and Channel market,
  • Align sales and marketing efforts to optimize revenue growth.
  • Understand market/client needs and drive solution-based sales approaches.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to inform strategic decisions.
  • Serve as a member of the Executive Committee and help set the company's strategic direction.

Sales Management:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Implement effective sales processes, performance metrics, and incentive programs.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Hire, train, and retain Sales talent

Marketing Oversight:

  • Oversee the marketing team to ensure alignment with revenue objectives.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Analyze market trends and align strategies to ensure correct strategy

Revenue Operations:

  • Implement systems and processes to measure and analyze revenue performance.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of revenue metrics.
  • Collaborate with finance to develop and manage budgets, financial plans, and risk management strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product development to ensure market needs are met.
  • Partner with customer success to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 10 years related experience.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a senior sales role. Taking companies from $10 to $50MM in revenue.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot), data analytics tools, and other relevant technologies
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven experience in growing a VC/PE backed company preferred.
  • Experience managing P&L
  • A track record of creating and executing a business strategy
