Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Sales Manager with a strong work ethic to run our newly remodeled store, in the growing Flathead Valley. Honesty and integrity are required character traits. Candidates must be a good team player, with a willingness to follow directions and be continually molded as the company grows. Must have good problem-solving skills and be adept at handling customer service-related concerns. This position is not ‘remote work’ capable and requires punctual, consistent, and regular attendance for all scheduled shifts. Missed work affects the day-to-day operations of the company. This in turn negatively impacts fellow employees through lowered morale and / or lost income opportunities. Duties and Responsibilities: Job duties for the Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Sales Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Acts as a goodwill ambassador for the dealership by promoting professionalism and displaying excellent customer satisfaction skills.
  • Perform all duties in a safe manner following all company safety guidelines and policies.
  • Recruit, train, and grow CDJR sales team members.
  • Increase new car turn rate.
  • Increase new and used car volume.
  • Maintain current CS performance.
  • Meet or exceed company monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals and expectations.
  • Perform other duties as requested or required.
  • Desk new and preowned car deals
  • Oversee CRM and manage expectations with the sales team.
  • Maintain policies/processes within the sales dept.
  • Work with BDC to improve sales/customer follow-up and satisfaction.
  • Oversee and adjust new car pricing as required.
  • Arrange dealer trades.
  • Manage correct inventory stocking levels, and options distribution, among all car lines.
  • Analyze sales metrics and look for areas of improvement.
  • Successful use of auxiliary programs (Digital air strike, Dealer Wizard, etc.)
  • Providing input and decisions regarding marketing, merchandising, etc.
  • Sales training
  • Additional tasks as required.
Qualifications: Five years minimum sales experience in the automotive industry, with 2 years inimum in experience as a desk manager. Good communication skills, negotiating skills, basic accounting skills, management skills, multi-tasking skills and computer skills are a must. High school diploma or the equivalent is required. Must be proficient at desking/structuring deals. Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: Candidate must be able to move about the complex in all weather conditions. Extended working hours may be required, which may include working at nighttime or weekends. Don “K” is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. Wages: $130,000 - $160,000 DOE
