Job Title: Project Manager

Type of Project: Multifamily 

Years of Experience: 4+ years

Location:  West Palm Beach, FL

Base Salary: $120,000-$140,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Conduct turnover meetings with the Project Estimator to review and understand estimates for materials, labor, equipment, subcontracts, and general conditions.
• Delegate and manage the scope of work for subcontractors, ensuring detailed coverage while maintaining flexibility.
• Prepare and update baseline schedules with the Project Superintendent and key subcontractors, striving for work efficiency and providing monthly updates to stakeholders.
• Foster relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders, and facilitate preconstruction meetings to review job-specific items, safety, and schedule.
• Hold weekly job meetings to discuss progress, safety, submittals, RFI responses, and other project issues, and prepare monthly billings and status reports for the Owner.
• Mentor and evaluate staff, support Superintendents with material and manpower needs, manage subcontractor issues, and maintain professional knowledge through ongoing education and training.

Qualifications:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and executing assigned construction projects. This role involves providing leadership and direction to the Project Superintendent, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and administrative staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects within the agreed schedule, maximizing company returns and securing repeat business from clients.

• Minimum of 4 years of related project management experience. Multifamily experience is needed for this project.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects similar in size and complexity. $40 million-$60 million+ sized MF projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and database software (Sage Project Management, Procore, MS Project).
• Strong multitasking abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
