We're seeking Customer Service Specialists to fill entry-level positions in marketing , advertising , and sales promotions . Main Job Responsibilities:

• Campaign development including coordination, analysis, and monitoring progress
• Represent clients professionally , assisting customers with any inquiries
• Contribute to the growth and performance of the division
• Train and mentor new marketing professionals
• Stay updated on marketing trends and adjust strategies to meet client objectives
• Manage and develop promotions and materials

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Retail and sales experience a plus
• Desire to work with the public and the potential to be trained for a management position
