Your primary responsibility will be to onboard new customers and then build strong and long-lasting relationships with all customers, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique business needs and goals, and help them maximize the value they derive from our AI platform. Your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to effectively address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Onboarding new customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate
Understand and align with our customers' business needs and goals, and provide guidance and support to help them achieve success
Ensure customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention by actively engaging with customers and addressing their inquiries and concerns
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement and growth
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to our customers
Act as the voice of the customer within our organization, effectively communicating customer feedback and requirements to internal stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share insights and knowledge with our customers
Proven experience in a customer success management or account management role
Strong understanding of AI and its applications in business
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships and establish trust with customers
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Experience in the computer software industry, data analytics or risk is highly preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience with Hubspot
