What You'll Do:
Be the mastermind behind our digital marketing strategy, overseeing everything from SEO and SEM to social media and email marketing.
Leverage data analytics to track key metrics, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
Build and lead a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
Work closely with other departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.
Champion a culture of experimentation and testing, constantly seeking new ways to optimize and grow.
Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, maximizing ROI.
Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
Generate reports and presentations for senior leadership, keeping them updated on campaign performance and progress.
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
Who You Are:
A marketing guru with a bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and 7+ years of experience driving user acquisition and revenue growth.
A HubSpot wiz with proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
A data whiz with strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics.
A seasoned leader with a proven track record of managing and inspiring high-performing teams.
A digital marketing maestro with expertise across various channels (SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.).
A clear communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas with ease.
A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to change.

What Success Looks Like:
Within 30 days, you'll have a deep understanding of all our digital marketing channels.
Within 60 days, you'll have identified and implemented initial optimizations.
Within 90 days, you'll be delivering measurable results from your optimizations.
