Canvs AI is looking for an experienced Director, Sales to join our team! This position will have the crucial responsibility of managing, mentoring and scaling our Sales team. Integral to success in this role is the ability to manage sales processes that drive client deals efficiently and effectively and act as player/coach to the Account Executives. In this role, the Director, Sales will also be responsible for establishing key sales targets and generating new leads based on company objectives. He/she will implement sales processes that will strategically promote revenue growth and client satisfaction for the organization. 

What you'll do:

  • Implement sales strategies to support business objectives for lead generation, consumer awareness and client communications based on market research and competitor analysis
  • Ability to balance individual quota, and team quota
  • Accurately forecast and develop business plans that strategically build revenue within all verticals and products
  • Provide and share key learnings and best practices with team members
  • Identify, prospect and drive outbound calling and sourcing of new clients and opportunities as well as respond to inbound inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth within new and existing clients
  • Meet and exceed both personal and team revenue objectives

Who you are:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and scaling a group of professional sales people 
  • 3-5 years' experience of successfully building and managing a sales team 
  • Strong interpersonal skills to support interaction with clients, team members and management
  • Proven self-starter and thought leader with innate curiosity and aptitude
  • Excellent written, oral and visual communication skills
  • 25 – 35% travel
