eDiscovery Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to oversee and manage the entire eDiscovery project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and expertise in eDiscovery, Root Cause Analysis, Claim Review, and Litigation Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans for multiple eDiscovery projects
• Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with eDiscovery regulations and standards
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that eDiscovery tools and technologies are configured correctly
• Manage the collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI)
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations
• Communicate project status and timelines to stakeholders
• Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in eDiscovery project management
• Experience with eDiscovery tools and technologies
• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Claim Review processes
• Familiarity with Litigation Support workflows
• Project Management Institute (PMI) certification preferred
• RCA certification preferred
