Fisher Digital Valve Controllers
AS AN ELECTRONICS DESIGN ENGINEER, YOU WILL: - Work as on a multi-discipline team
- Design printed circuit board schematics, routing, and layouts
- Manage and expand PCB component library in Altium
- Create, modify, and maintain Altium templates, standards, and configurations
- Identify and drive process improvements
- Collaborate with peers in design reviews, engineering changes, and releases
- Develop and execute electronics test plans from circuit level to system validation, product safety, and robustness
- Modify and debug surface mount boards to support development .
- Refresh and modernize circuit designs to meet customer and industry needs
- Support prototype assemblies for cross-discipline testing

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED: - B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or related level of experience plus certifications
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART: - PCB CAD experience with Altium or other tools
- A good understanding of electromagnetics and compliance requirements (EMC).
- 7-10+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience designing products to meet hazardous location standards
- Good working knowledge of electronic test equipment including scopes, meters, signal generators, etc.
- Experience developing products with industrial protocols: HART, Foundation Fieldbus, Profibus, Industrial Ethernet
