As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will leverage your customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients. You will assist in planning and executing promotional events and campaigns, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and donors. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the flexibility to work some evenings and weekends for events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients' needs and objectives.
  • Assist in creating detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and promotional activities.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure all client communications are professional, timely, and aligned with the firm’s values.
