Job Description

The purpose of Google global Practice and Partnership leader role is to deliver profitable growth through building and execution of a Google partnership globally  which focuses on technology consulting, technology led transformation, developing Fields of Play, joint innovation solutions with Google product lines, aligned with client's digital, and cloud led modernization agenda.

Key deliverables:

  1. This role is responsible for creating, managing and delivering an ambitious growth plan for Wipro services on the technology platforms / offerings of Google technology partner
  2. This current hyper growth portfolio includes leading and developing Google offerings, Solutions , GTM plans, partner funding governance, nurturing executive level relationships & structuring large Google & Cloud deals.
  3. This role should help create a “preferred partner” positioning for Wipro in the minds of the leadership and sales teams of both internal and external stakeholders. The incumbent should elevate Wipro’s positioning within the Google ecosystem.
  4. The incumbent of this role is to establish and evangelize Google capabilities by way of driving a) Google certifications, b) Gen AI certifications, c) Google leadership relationship and meetings including EBC’s, d) evangelize capabilities with Analyst and establish campaigns, e) incubate new technologies and skills in Wipro
  5. The incumbent should have intimate knowledge of Google technology partner’s offerings and their roadmaps, competitive strategies, organization structure and workings, aside to having strong track record and references.

Professional experience /qualifications

  1. Experience: 20 – 25 years of senior leadership experience within a professional services or advisory services organisation with a demonstrable track record of delivering results.
  2. Driving the business strategy; building the ecosystem for revenue generation; and a strong track record of growth will be critical pre-requisites for the role.
  3. A deep customer-centric approach is a critical must-have, and the leader will have a proven track record of growing accounts or practices, meeting or exceeding revenue, profitability, customer, and employee satisfaction targets.
  4. Should have worked for Best-in-Class Organisations, with a strong personal track record
  5. Forward thinker who understands the impact of new technologies and identifies how to be commercially innovative
  6. Strategic mind-set, can quickly assimilate the scale & complexity and challenge the status quo to deliver efficiencies
  7. The individual will be an independent, dynamic, high-energy personality with strong interpersonal, influencing and relationship skills
  8. Ability to build, develop and retain a world class management team
  9. Manage relationships with Customers, Analysts and other stakeholders, both internally & externally

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or an equivalent in a related field.

Certifications which will enable the incumbent:

  1. Google Gen AI certified,
  2. Google Data Engineering certified,
  3. IBM Exec Leadership certification,
  4. Big 4 Equity Partner certification
