Role Overview:

As a HubSpot CRM Systems Administrator & Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations. Your primary task will be managing and optimizing our HubSpot CRM to support our dynamic sales and marketing teams in the U.S., alongside providing critical sales operations analysis and insights to our team in India.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of our network and computer systems related to the CRM.
Enhance CRM functionality, managing custom fields, pipelines, workflows, and automation.
Ensure CRM supports business processes effectively through regular updates and troubleshooting.
Offer user support and training, and conduct sales operations analysis.
Lead data management efforts, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Engage in project management and other tasks as needed.
What We Are Looking For:

At least 3 years of experience in HubSpot System Administration, including Sales and Marketing Hubs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an accessible way.
Experience with sales technology tools like LinkedIn Navigator and Leadership Connect is preferred.
A strong rapport-builder with a detail-oriented, organized approach to work.
Capability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
A keen interest in technology, sales, and learning new technologies quickly.
