Your New Role:

As our HVAC   Manager , you’ll be at the helm of our Residential Install department. This isn’t just another management role—it’s a chance to make a lasting impact. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to drive change, implement better practices, and make our department the model for the marketplace. From overseeing the installation team to ensuring customer satisfaction, you’ll be the one making the calls and setting the pace.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Residential Install department with a focus on efficiency and excellence.
• Manage KPIs like Gross Margin %, labor costs, and customer satisfaction ratings.
• Develop and execute training programs to elevate our installation team’s skill set.
• Streamline inventory management and implement cost controls.
• Drive sales by turning leads into wins and upselling essential accessories.
• Maintain rigorous quality standards, ensuring our team delivers on the first visit, every time.

• Base Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, paid weekly.
• Bonuses: Earn up to $40,000 annually by hitting targets for gross sales and profit margins.

• Proven experience in a leadership role within an installation department, preferably in HVAC.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and the ability to drive processes to meet targets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
