Your new role:

You'll be the backbone of our daily operations, managing the flow and efficiency of our team on the ground. Responsibilities include:

  • Masterfully maintaining schedules for technicians and installers.
  • Prioritizing service calls with the precision of a seasoned strategist.
  • Monitoring and updating the status of field teams to maximize efficiency.
  • Managing and updating installation folders and customer history files.
  • Ensuring vital information flows flawlessly to all corners of the organization.

  • At least 2+ years of service dispatcher experience, HVAC experience a plus
  • Proper phone etiquette
  • Computer Skills: prior experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Microsoft Office programs, and Outlook
  • Cross-functional skills: well versed in multi-line telephone use, excellent communication skills, and proper phone etiquette
  • Administrative skills: knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems, such as word processing, managing customer accounts, and workplace terminology
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills and good note-taking skills
  • Social Perceptiveness: aware of others’ reactions and ability to understand why they react as they do
  • Critical Thinking: using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Language Skills: Multi- or Bi-lingual is a plus
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and a background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
