Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a  Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist  for a  direct-hire (permanent)position with a food/beverage industry client in Mount Pleasant, WI. This is a hybrid (Mount Pleasant, WI and remote work) position. The individual would be expected to be on-site in Mount Pleasant, WI approximately 2-3 days per week, and would work remotely the remaining days.

Target Salary: $100k-$120k/year

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure US and Canadian compliance for for food, beverage, pet food, nutraceuticals, and biotechnology.
- Monitor and communicate regulations.
- Engage with industry associations.
- Provide timely responses to inquiries.
- Maintain regulatory information systems.
- Communicate updates internally.
- Assist in securing registrations and certifications.
- Train internal teams.
- Collaborate with authorities and consultants.
- Support sales with regulatory needs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Minimum Requirements:
- BS degree in nutrition, biochemistry, food science, food safety, food process engineering or related field.
- 7-10 years of regulatory compliance in B2B food and beverage.
- Proficiency in data management.
- Expertise in relevant categories.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MS degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field with coursework in regulatory science.
- International regulatory experience.
