ABOUT THIS POSITION

Supports and assists the design team during the design and building process of a project. This includes, but is not limited to, documentation, organizing, illustrating and populating schedules. The Junior Designer must be absorbent to the taste and style directions given from Lead Interior Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of design concepts for residential and hospitality projects.
• Create detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations using design software.
• Source and select materials, furnishings, and decor to meet project specifications and budget.
• Collaborate with lead interior designer and project managers to ensure design integrity and project timelines are met.
• Conduct site visits to oversee the progress of ongoing projects.
• Assist in preparing client presentations and meetings.
• Manage product listings, inventory, and orders on our Shopify platform.
• Create engaging content for social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize engagement and reach.

Meet or exceed monthly goals

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with preferably a major in interior design, interior architecture or a related field;

• Minimum of two years sales and/or interior design experience required.

SKILLS

• Portfolio should demonstrate training in full project scope including design development, vision, and construction documentation

• Knowledge of high-end residential products and the ability to specify

• Knowledge and familiarity with AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and the Microsoft Suite
