Here's what you'd do:

• This position provides planning/scheduling support to meet multiple mission requirements in various locations.
• Assist in developing and maintaining components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, including proposal schedule development, review/support Statement of Work, and Basis of Estimate development.
• Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors that may impact delivery or cost.
• Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs.
• Develop/refine Earned Value Management (EVM) knowledge.
• The position interacts across various functional program organizations in engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production.
• Additional responsibilities will be assigned as necessary.
• PMO/Program Interface, Lead on Proposal and Business Rhythm Execution, Tool Integration, Technical Scope SME, Product Quality Lead.
• The position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations.

Pay: $102.00/hr.

Hours: 4/10-A.

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with Critical Path.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with supplier task integration
• Minimum of 5 years experience with Microsoft Project.
• Minimum of 5 years experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input.
• Minimum of 5 years experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to it in schedule network development and analysis.
• Minimum of 5 years of Program Planning and Scheduling hands-on experience.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Experience working independently across Technical Teams, developing a basic understanding of the technical product.
• Experience with Capture, Research & Development, Production Scheduling Requirements, and dependencies between functions.
• Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
• Ability to prepare status reports and metrics and make presentations as necessary.
• Be a self-starter.
