Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network infrastructure and hands-on experience with network information security operations. This role will be instrumental in safeguarding our organization's IT infrastructure and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain network security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor and analyze network traffic for potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Respond to security incidents and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Manage and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and other security appliances.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and load balancers.
• Assist with network infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
• Provide technical support to end-users and other IT staff.

Qualifications:

• Min 5-10 years of strong experience with IT network infrastructure, including routing, switching, and VLANs.
• Hands-on experience with network information security operations.
• CompTIA Security+ certification is required.
• Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, etc.) and security concepts.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• CISSP certification is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
