Our mission is to provide impartial medical reviews for a variety of benefit disputes and quality of care issues within medical management and workers' compensation settings.

Position Overview
In this hybrid role, you will coordinate the medical record review process and work closely with our administrative team and physician peer reviewers to address client inquiries. Your clinical expertise will be invaluable as you ensure the quality of physician reports. We're here to support you with comprehensive training on our processes, so you can focus on what you do best!

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate effectively with industry professionals, including case managers, appeals coordinators, and physician reviewers, through phone and electronic communication.
Summarize and produce clear, well-written reports.
Engage with clients and resources across the United States.
Work with non-clinical administrative support staff to maintain quality and meet strict timelines.
Requirements

Experience in Utilization Review or Utilization Management.
A broad clinical background with a minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience involving direct patient care.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
A current Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
