Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Nurse Review Coordinator to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will play a vital part in coordinating the case review process, collaborating with our administrative staff and a panel of physician peer reviewers to address client inquiries effectively. Your clinical expertise will be invaluable in ensuring the quality of physician reports, and we will provide comprehensive training on our review processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with industry professionals, including case managers, appeals coordinators, and physician reviewers, through telephone and electronic communication.
Summarize findings and produce clear, well-written reports.
Engage with clients and resources across the United States.
Work closely with non-clinical administrative support staff to maintain quality and adhere to strict timelines.
Qualifications:

Experience in Utilization Review or Utilization Management.
A broad clinical background with a minimum of five years of clinical experience involving direct patient care.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (Day shift, Saturday to Wednesday).
