Our client in Greenville, SC is hiring a Phone Repair Store Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with competitive salary and benefits. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations including sales performance, inventory management, customer service standards, and visual merchandising
• Repair and diagnose cell phones as needed
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
• Monitor metrics and performance indicators
• Ensure exceptional customer service, help resolve customer inquiries, and create a welcoming and engaging shopping environment
• Drive profitability through effective cost management, budget adherence, and effective resource allocation
• Analyze financial reports and sales data to identify trends and opportunities to optimization
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail management, preferably in consumer electronics or technology industry
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail POS software.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency and process improvement.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
