The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Physician Recruiting Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in connecting physician candidates with opportunities that match their skills and career goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Advising physician candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Sourcing and screening physician candidates through engaging phone calls and emails.
Highlighting the features of job opportunities, quoting salaries, and preparing candidates for interviews.
Presenting opportunity information effectively and addressing any questions candidates may have.
Leading marketing efforts to attract top physician talent.
Managing the entire recruiting process to ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and clients.
Investigating and resolving any client concerns promptly.
Consulting with clients to provide valuable insights and recommendations for a successful search.
Maintaining consistent communication, providing feedback, and preparing detailed reports.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment is required.
Sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or cold calling.
Experience in interacting with physicians and understanding their needs.
Consultative sales experience is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
