E2M Technologies BV, an MTS company, is a young company with its main office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. E2M has a wealth of experience in the design, development and manufacturing of electric motion and control loading systems for a wide variety of applications such as vehicle simulation (aircraft, cars, trains, etc.), entertainment rides, research and development applications and more. E2M products are exported and serviced worldwide from our manufacturing facility in Mijdrecht.

The working atmosphere at E2M is informal, dynamic, and flexible. For the extension of our operations team, E2M is looking for an enthusiastic colleague with a passion for high-tech systems.

We are searching for you as Quality & Prevention Officer in part time 24 days per week taking over the following tasks:

• You oversee, maintain, develop and train the organization on company’s ISO Quality Management System.
• You guide the planning and coordinate company activities in support of maintaining quality certifications.
• You look after internal processes and procedures to ensure quality and introduce new procedures and work instructions where appropriate.
• Training for the team in all aspects of the quality management system and application of procedures.
• Undertake internal and process audits of the quality management system.
• You examine regularly the quality data and suggest actions based on the collected data.
• You manage the log of quality reports and other quality documentation.
• You ensure quality and sustainability of production processes.
• You are point of contact for customer inquiries related to quality, investigate the customers' needs, and develop a strategy for meeting them. 
• Collaboration with Purchasing and Engineering to oversee and implement Supplier Quality Management.
• You work with the Production department to oversee and implement internal Quality Control and Process Control.
• As Prevention Officer you have the main role on the Safety Committee. With other Safety Committee members you team up to implement Safety Policy and conduct required training, instruction, audits, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years experience in Quality Assurance Management.
• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards as well as of requirements and approaches to Environmental Health and Safety, implementing and managing EHS programs.
• You are a certified auditor for ISO:9001-2015 standard.
• Experience in directing and participating in Safety Committees.
• You are a critical thinker and have good problem-solving skills.
• Furthermore you are a team player have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English spoken and written. 
• For people from abroad: You need to have an existing work permit for the Netherlands.
• Flexible working attitude.
• Driving license preferred.
