We are looking for a thorough, responsible RV Cleaner/Housekeeper who will provide quality detailing and cleaning services for our customers. In this position, you will clean units according to company standards and client expectations, which may include thoroughly washing, scrubbing, and waxing exteriors, vacuuming, and sanitizing interiors, as well as additional cleaning duties. You should possess strong leadership and customer service skills and be familiar with the tools and agents used to clean homes and vehicles. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of inventory on the lot
• Immaculately clean sold boats, RV’s and vehicles inside and out before delivery to customers
• Wash customer tow vehicles as necessary
• Maintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
• Coordinate with sales and service to ensure on-time deliveries
• Operate pressure washers, air hoses, vacuums, brushes and other equipment to meet cleaning expectations
• Use and apply cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of the products we sell
• Additional duties assigned as needed

Compensation

• $20-$22 hourly equivalent
• Profit share
• Additional incentives available

Schedule

• Full-time 
• Days only
• Monday - Friday
• Rotating Saturdays - Free lunch provided!
• Will typically align with the dealership's hours of business (can vary based on season)

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience preferred

About Our Dealership

Bretz RV & Marine opened for business in Missoula, Montana, in 1967.  Until then, Frank and Vi Bretz had been operating a service station and renting U-Hauls in central Missoula. A search for a new camping trailer ended up turning into a new business opportunity.  Not only did the Bretz family get a new camper, they decided to get into the business of selling and renting small travel trailers. 

Today Bretz RV & Marine is still a family-owned and operated business with five dealerships across Montana and Idaho.  We are fortunate to have grown from just over 100 employees to nearly 400 employees in the last five years.  We do all we can to offer our teams an excellent place to work and advance in our company.  We start by finding great people with high energy and then find the best place for them to be successful in our dealerships.
