Your Role:
You'll be joining a growing team and will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and managing your own team to deliver IT services to Fortune 1000 organizations.
Who We Are:
We are a leading provider of expert technical support for Fortune 1000 companies. Our clients trust us for high-touch, white-glove support for their IT, business software, and mobile devices. Our support includes technical troubleshooting, client inquiries, remote configurations, and guidance on various applications such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, Access, and SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct phone and video interviews to recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives.
Manage and mentor a team of 5-10 sales reps, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that align with our company's objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Provide regular reports on sales and marketing performance to senior management.
Create a positive and high-energy work environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm ET.

Requirements:
Home Environment:
Private home office with a door for confidentiality
High-speed, wired internet (Cable or Fiber Optic; no DSL or Dish)
Dual monitors
PC (less than 5 years old), running Windows 10 or 11

Active webcam
Sales Background:
Minimum of 5 years in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in IT or SaaS
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspaces
Management/Leadership:
Prior management experience
Experience with hiring and firing
