Senior SharePoint and Digital Dashboard Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior SharePoint and Digital Dashboard Manager to provide technical and administrative support for the Acquisition Business Solutions (ABS) and Health Care Administration Services (HCAS) programs at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of SharePoint and digital dashboard platforms, managing updates, functionality, and user support. The role involves creating dashboards, managing software performance, and aligning SharePoint capabilities with business goals.

    SharePoint Administration:

• Ensure SharePoint functionality and provide ongoing support to ABS and HCAS program users.
• Perform regular software updates, monitor system performance, and resolve any performance-related issues.
• Provide guidance and solutions for how SharePoint can be effectively utilized to meet the organization's business goals.

    Digital Dashboard Management:

• Create and manage digital dashboards, including layouts, widgets, data definitions, and filters.
• Maintain dashboard performance and ensure dashboards provide valuable insights for program management and operations.

    System Support and Issue Resolution:

• Address and troubleshoot any issues related to SharePoint or the digital dashboards, ensuring prompt resolution to minimize downtime.
• Provide user support, training, and guidance to ABS and HCAS customers regarding SharePoint and dashboard functionalities.

    Customization and Optimization:

• Devise and implement custom themes and configurations within SharePoint to optimize user experience and meet specific business needs.
• Analyze how SharePoint and dashboard features can be optimized for greater alignment with organizational objectives.

    Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain detailed documentation on system updates, user requests, issue resolution, and dashboard performance.
• Provide regular reports to stakeholders on system functionality, user satisfaction, and recommendations for improvements.

    Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in SharePoint administration and digital dashboard management, preferably in a government or healthcare environment.
• Proven experience with creating and managing dashboards, including dashboard design and data integration.
• Expertise in SharePoint administration, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Proficient in dashboard creation, design, and management, with a focus on layouts, widgets, and data integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address system performance issues and provide quick resolutions.
• Excellent communication skills for user support and stakeholder engagement.
