Job Description

Are you a passionate Product Manager with deep experience in Oracle HCM? We're looking for someone like you to join our team and lead our recruiting product initiatives.

In this role, you'll be supporting our Product Technology team with a focus on Solution Modernization. Your expertise in Oracle HCM, particularly in Oracle Recruiting, will be crucial as you guide our products through their entire lifecycle—from initial planning to execution. You'll play a key role in shaping our product vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and ensuring we meet our revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience with Oracle HCM, especially in Oracle Recruiting.
- Strong technical background and a deep understanding of product management across the product lifecycle.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management.
- Ability to effectively create and communicate product roadmaps and visions.
- Proficiency in requirements management and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all technical aspects of the product throughout its lifecycle.
- Prioritize backlog items following the Oracle HCM rollout.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and third parties to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain product catalogs and technology roadmaps, including short-term goals, to keep stakeholders engaged.
- Use web metrics, customer insights, feedback, research, and operational metrics to enhance the customer experience and shape a compelling product vision.
- Define, elicit, and analyze complex requirements, ensuring they are testable, measurable, and traceable.
- Set criteria for minimum viable products to accelerate the delivery of enhancements and new capabilities.
- Lead teams in refining, prioritizing, and managing requirements using various tools and methodologies.
- Facilitate requirement walk-throughs and workshops with stakeholders.
- Identify and estimate anticipated work efforts based on priority and planning methods.
- Define and resolve dependencies, issues, and risks through team collaboration.
- Break down complex visions into manageable projects, initiatives, or features.
