Position Overview:

As the Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager II, you will play a key role in our Fund/Client Accounting team, overseeing multiple small teams or a larger team of accountants. Your responsibilities will include:

Team Oversight: Lead teams in conducting accounting services for assigned clients, determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses, and preparing comprehensive reports.
NAV Management: Manage the determination of net asset values (NAV) for assigned funds for each measurement cycle.
Regulatory Evaluation: Assess GAAP and/or IFRS regulations to understand the impact of new rules on fund accounting practices.
Financial Reporting: Direct the preparation of financial reports for clients, showcasing fund performance and ensuring accuracy.
Client and Auditor Relations: Build strong working relationships with auditors and clients to refine financial reports and accurately reflect fund performance.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5-7 years of total work experience, with 0-1 years in a management role preferred.
Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm is a plus.
