• Booking Management:
  • Utilize travel management systems to make bookings, modifications, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Ensure accuracy in all reservations and communicate details clearly to clients.
• Client Support:
  • Provide excellent customer support throughout the entire travel process, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their individual preferences and delivering exceptional service.
• Problem Resolution:
  • Proactively identify and address any issues that may arise during travel, offering quick and effective solutions to enhance the client experience.
• Training and Development:
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to gain a deep understanding of travel operations and industry best practices.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in the travel industry.

Qualifications:

Must be 18+ Years of age
